Lucia and Hugo, the names most chosen by the Spanish for their babies

As every year, the INE (National Statistics Institute) has announced the most frequent names of boys and girls in Spain in the year 2015 and there have been no major surprises regarding previous years: the names most chosen by the Spaniards for their babies are Lucia and Hugo.
