  • Walk to school. One of those almost daily walks is the one that takes the children to class. It is not always possible (due to distance) and we would love to make the roads to school safer, but with caution walking to school is a way to exercise discovering the environment, learning about nature, road education ...   • Let's not forget, at snack time, in the park, on the street or on weekends, children's games, lifelong street games, chase, corros ... The ball, the rope, the rubber, hoops ... give great moments of games and fun. In addition, there are many other toys to move around, so let's not forget them and take them out.

  • Dances traditional, tribal dances, modern or classical dance ... and how about a mix of styles? Babies are born programmed for dancing and it is an activity that they love since they were very young. The dance is beneficial in many ways and the music they like so much is the perfect complement. Definitely, experiencing variety of movements and games, sharing time with the little ones implies some physical activity that we have to take advantage of. The best, no doubt, is that we have fun together. And about staying all day locked up at home, we leave it for when it can't be helped ...
