Stories of mothers: "Your breath is the air that I breathe"

There is little left for Mother's Day and, as we explained a couple of days ago, we began a cycle of tickets with the intention of knowing you a little more and giving you the opportunity to show what motherhood has meant to you.

The first story is a beautiful Eva's dedication to her son Eduardo, in which he tells us how he lived, from within, the birth of his son and how he feels now that he gives his life for him.

Dear Eduardo:

Our meeting on June 9, 2009 was not easy, it all started in September 2008. Your father and I went to Valencia to see Madonna's concert and that was the beginning of this story. We were two and we returned three, when we found out everything was joy, but we were always scared of the other two abortions he had had.

When you woke me up at dawn on June 9, I was not afraid, I knew we were fine, we had each other and I would give my life for you. Your father was a sea of nerves but I, between contraction and contraction, had peace, I would finally see your face.

Everything went very fast, although when I was first, everyone said that it would be eternal, I knew that no, something inside me told me that my peace and security would be good to know us quickly. And so it was, at lunchtime I had you in my arms, my mouse I thought, our star.

I could not cry with joy, something prevented me, something told me that if I cried, I was going to miss your first seconds, minutes of life. Since that day, your breath is the air that I breathe, your smile my food and my life is not mine, that is the gift of a mother to her son, his life, everything belongs to you. TQ

If as a mother you want to share your story with us as Eva has already done, you can do so by sending the story to [email protected] with one or two photos (min. 500 px wide) in which you go out with your son or children .

The story must have an extension of between 5 and 8 paragraphs (We are getting beautiful stories, but too short).
