We go to the beach! Ummm ... are we going to the beach with a baby?

Ready, Set, Go. What a holiday wish! To roast our skin whitish in the sun and do nothing except yawn from the jadedness of a perennial break of 2, 7 or 15 days (who can). This routine that was repeated every summer now raises slight doubts and certain changes There is a baby in the family!

Sun for our sun

We are more beachy than a beach watcher and the sun drives us crazy: Stop! It is not recommended that a baby be exposed to the sun before 6 months. Its skin, almost transparent like that of an angel, is weak and any lightning, even if it is in the shade or under an umbrella (let's not forget the reflections in the sand) can cause damage. Once past that first stage in which the baby gets used to the world and does his skin, his vision and his body, we go to the beach! Few adventures will be more exciting than going to the beach with your baby: the puddles become roller coasters, the sand, the lunar landscape and the small waves will become giant mills to cheerfully fight which Quijote.

Baby in sight!

What recommendations can we give if we are with a baby on the beach? The same as an adult but with extreme caution: avoid the most harmful hours of sun (from 12 to 5), always use an umbrella, apply a high specific protection for children repeatedly (I never under 50 or myself) and if your skin is very white and it is your first sun exposure, wear a cotton shirt that does not leave not even a bolt of lightning (and allow all the fun).

We want to have your body protected from any sun damage (and vital), so an attempt never to forget to apply cream on the instep of the feet, ears, neck and the hands. That and water continuously are the main ingredients so that a day at the beach is an unforgettable day. Possibly it will be inevitable for the baby to eat sand as an exquisite delicacy, crawl to the towel of the neighbors and camp which squat in someone else's house and worship, until sipping it, or hate until he shouts it without restraining seawater. Patience is what we lack in the beach bag but what we have left over is love and desire for fun.

A Kite with which to sail the wind, stackable pieces with which to build, sand, water, a small net to catch small beings (and release them) rakes, buckets and shovels, pieces to make cheeses of varied forms, are the games that the baby will find exciting but even more exciting will be to destroy what was built without help and which Attila passing through Constantinople.
