Ingredients for a complete tupper

  • 400 gr of green beans, 2 potatoes, 100 gr of chorizo or sausage, 3 fillets of pork loin, olive oil, salt

How to make a student menu

To make green beans when they are fresh, we cut the ends - we throw them in the trash, - and cut them into three pieces each, putting them to cook in salt water. After about 8 minutes they will be great. If they are frozen, we cook them as directed by the manufacturer. While they are cooking, we peel the potatoes, cut them into irregular pieces and cook them in a separate saucepan for about 20 minutes, until they almost fall apart.

We put the cooked and drained green beans in a pan and sauté them with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt. We add the chopped sausage and stir until the beans are taking some color and flavor of the fat that melts when the chorizo is heated.

Add the cooked and drained potatoes and mix with the beans and the chorizo to integrate all the flavors. Ready. These green beans you can have them made in advance or make more quantity, since they hold perfectly two or three days in the fridge.

The day you go to prepare the tupper put the green beans on the side, which can be perfectly heated in the microwave and will be as freshly made. As for the second dish of the tupper, the pork tenderloin steaks, we make them grilled just without oil and with the very hot pan so that they immediately take a nice golden color, and do not dry out. If you want, you can add some fries or some cooked ones that are left over when making green beans.
