We all know the unbridled imagination that children have, its incredible astonishment and pure innocence. And, for the little ones, any everyday story can have another really fascinating read.
This is what happened to a 2-year-old girl in Seattle (United States) when she confused a girlfriend who was taking a photo shoot with the princess of her favorite story. The tender images captured by the photographer are undoubtedly the best testimony of this innate ability to marvel at the smallest.
Ballard's princess
Scott Robertson and Shandace Lerma just got married in a neighborhood in Seattle called Ballard. They posed in their streets for the photo shoot when they met a girl who was walking with her mother.
The little girl was amazed to see the bride, and he thought that it was the princess of his favorite book ("The Lady in White" by Wilkie Collins) that, moreover, he held in his hands.
Amazed by the girl's reaction, Shandace took the girl in her arms and gave her a flower from her bouquet; and the snapshots that from that moment the photographer who was making the report could capture, have gone around the world.
Scott recently published these images in his Imgur account and it is impossible not to see them without sketching a tender smile:
"My wife gave her a flower from her bouquet" 
The girl's mother told Scott that for her daughter, Shandace had become "Ballard's princess".
