Unexpectedly, I fell at rest a month before leaving accounts. And I had several pending things to do before delivery.
I had planned to invest the last weeks to tidy up the house, my personal appearance, the fridge and many other things. But the girl, in a hurry to be born, has suddenly changed my plans.
Among the tasks that are still pending are:
1) Order closets to make room for baby's clothes and things. (typical symptom of nest syndrome).
2) Leave the fridge minimally provided with food and some prepared meals so that those left at home do not starve during my admission to the clinic.
3) A visit to the hairdresser to clean the summer hair, pedicure and hair removal. Parturienta yes, but with good aspect. I don't like seeing myself careless at such a special moment.
4) Prepare the bag to take to the clinic, after buying some things that were left in the inkwell. 5) Prepare the bassinet with clean sheets.
6) Wash and iron (smelling) all the baby's clothes.
7) Dust the stroller and the car cuckoo from the storage room. Disassemble, wash upholstery and reassemble.
8) Make a general cleaning of the house to welcome the new family member in a decent environment. When I return, I will be only at the service of the baby, without time or desire to clean.
9) Leave work in advance for the same as the previous point. Then, there will be no time or desire.
10) Finally, buy the gift that your new sister will bring to my eldest daughter.
From just making the list I've run out. I don't know how I will do so many things when it only allows me to move from bed to sofa, but I will calmly do them until the baby decides to be born.
