The magical photographs of a group of mothers breastfeeding in nature

Breastfeeding is one of the greatest gifts we can give our children, as it is the best food they can receive in their first months and years of life. On several occasions we have shared beautiful photo shoots of mothers breastfeeding their children, which transmit that beautiful exclusive moment between them.

Today we want to share a session that we loved, because it is about a series of magical and charming photographs of a group of mothers breastfeeding their babies in nature.

The idea of conducting this photo session was of Tara Corres, who wanted to do something special on the occasion of World Breastfeeding Week. Tara is the mother of two girls and practices prolonged breastfeeding, which has caused her to receive some criticism for continuing to breastfeed her daughters beyond three years.

So he decided that with his friends they would do a photo shoot, showing the beautiful and natural breastfeeding, seeking to empower and support all mothers who breastfeed. With the help of two photographers, Leandra Perez and Samantha Snipes, they organized and planned everything necessary for the photo shoot.

They chose to do it in a river and surrounded by nature, using faint colors in the clothing and accessories worn by mothers and children. But in addition to posing for this photo shoot, Mothers share a little of each other's history, showing that each breastfeeding is unique and special.

In the case of Tara, her goal was help normalize prolonged breastfeeding, accompanied in the images by her two daughters, of whom she is still breastfeeding the youngest, three years old.

Jaleesa, another of the mothers who posed for the photo shoot, says that with her first four children she failed to have a successful breastfeeding, but that with her fifth baby she has been totally different, thanks to the fact that He kept trying with each of his babies until he did it.

Meanwhile Angela, who does homeschooling and is the mother of four daughters, says that his last three lactations have been successful, and that has been largely due to the support he receives from his partner and his family.

In an interview for Love What Matters, Tara commented on the following:

We all come from different parts and we have different ways of seeing life, but we all share a passion to normalize breastfeeding. The bond and support we have with each other makes our journey through motherhood even more special.

And it is precisely the message that these mothers reflect in the photo session in which they appear breastfeeding their children: each one is different, but they have in common to support breastfeeding and help normalize it, as well as encourage other mothers to continue trying in case of obstacles.
