Going for a walk with our children is gratifying for everyone

When our children are very young, it is when we most care to give them their daily walk, because we know all the benefits it brings, strengthening the immune system, stimulating the senses, etc. As they grow and go to school, they do extracurricular activities, that is, they have other occupations, they are granted more rest when they are at home, to watch TV, to play the console or simply to do nothing.

But children need activity, out of necessity (although sometimes they do not show it and seem to prefer to apollon themselves on the sofa) and for a better physical and intellectual development.

Although we parents have much less time than we need, It is important to spend some time to go for a walk with our children, be it after leaving school, once they have done their homework ... our children need to spend time with us, and that it is leisure time and indirectly instructive, it does not count only being with them while we eat or help them with the schoolwork . Going for a walk with our children continues to build the relationship, uniting family ties, which makes us all feel better. But sometimes it is hard to get them out, so you have to look for ideas to make the rides more fun if possible, as if you were accompanied by a little friend of yours.

These walks are ideal to tell you things, ask for your friends, your projects, things you would like to do ... we must do the same.

Try to take them to happy places, where they find more children their age, a park where you can also play and exercise, will be ideal, and the next day will ask to go out for a walk again
