Wear bra brace

Put a hair band in your hand

Similar to the trick of placing something on the bra strap, using a hair band in one hand It can help you know which breast you have already given to the baby, changing it sideways in each shot. If you usually pick up your hair, remember not to use that rubber to do it, because you could get confused and not know which chest is the next one.

Some element or object in the area where you usually breastfeed

Another idea that may be useful, especially for the first days in which you usually spend all day at home, is to use some element in the area where you breastfeed your baby.
