Benefits for large families

When we think of enlarging the family, it is inevitable to think about the expense that a new child means for the family economy. But we must know that large families, that is, those with three or more children, can access certain benefits, discounts and grants that will relieve some expenses.

In Ahorro Diario, the new blog of Weblogs SL, we find the first part of a series of special state aids for parents on transportation, food, housing, banks, etc. In the second part they will recommend proposals for recreational activities for children.

The first thing they advise us is to officially become a large family. It is not enough just to have had three children, you must take out the card that accredits you to be able to access all the benefits that are listed on the blog. I invite you to discover them in Daily Savings and I hope you can take advantage of them.

Extension: Not only couples with three or more children are large families. The family unit composed of one or two ascendants with three or more children, common or not, has such consideration; one or two ascendants with two children, common or not, provided that at least one of them is disabled or unable to work. The father or mother separated or divorced with three or more children, common or not, provided that they are under their economic dependence, even if they are in different family units and do not live in the marital home; and two ascendants if both are disabled, or at least one of them has a degree of disability equal to or greater than 65%, or is unable to work. Two or more orphaned siblings of father and mother under guardianship, foster care or guardian, living with the guardian, welcoming or guardian, but not at their expense, or three or more orphaned siblings of father and mother over 18 years -o two, if one of them is disabled - they live together and have an economic dependence between them. Then, even if the children reach the maximum age of aid, income from work is involved, etc.
