How many hours at school!

These days normal school hours have started, which is usually morning and afternoon. An intense day that will undoubtedly seem to children of Infant Education

And it is necessary to get up early, not delight in breakfast and hopefully leave at a good pace or good progress to not be late. At noon, if they stay in the dining room they are still in the school, in a more relaxed way, but in the same environment, which I imagine will be like when we have to eat in the office or in the neighboring bar of the company. Almost as if you didn't stop working.

If they do not stay in the dining room, we have the right time to pick them up, go back home, eat (that “task” that was once so simple and now lengthens, the more children get together at the family table) and when we we are brushing your teeth you have to leave more or less running again to meet your afternoon schedule.

When they leave, at 4.30 pm or 5.00 pm, without having taken a nap (or so I think), they still have the strength to go to the park and have a snack with energy. That, if we do not decide on any of the extracurricular activities.

I recognize that the information papers on extracurricular activities that extend the school day in the afternoon have ended up in the recycling container (after reading them and making sure that the offer is for all tastes and very interesting).

In our case, with a girl who is not yet three years old, we consider that the time she spends in school is more than enough, and although these types of activities will be welcome later, we believe that it is not yet time.

And finally, after having spent about six hours in school, the kids may have cried and laughed, they may have learned and unlearned, they may have fought, hugged, sung and drawn ... And I find out very little, because my daughter still can't express herself fluently. Before I knew everything that happened in his day!

It comforts me that she, most of the time eagerly goes to school, and always comes out very happy to see us and excited to try to tell us everything she has done (usually summarized in "play and sing").

For all this, because I think they spend too many hours in school, I'm surprised when someone suggests that, to save, we take our daughter all month to the "morning school" (at 8) instead of just three specific days , which forces us to buy a more expensive bond. Are not too many hours at school for such young children?

Many forces for all those children, dads and moms who continue to "suffer" the entrance to the classrooms at this time of autumn and who, like me, would like to know more about what are you doing so many hours at school.
