My name is Kimbo, UNICEF campaign

My name is Kimbo is the title of the UNICEF campaign I present to you. It aims to expose society to the horror of child deaths that could be avoided and to call for awareness about this tragedy. The campaign encourages internet users to identify with the little protagonist of the video and say out loud that we are all Kimbo.

The death of more than 8,000,000 children a year, most of them under one year of age, is something terrifying that tells us about the enormous inequality of the globalized world that the most favored enjoy.

Malnutrition, lack of access to drinking water, the use of artificial milk in places where its use is not safe, diarrhea and many diseases that can be prevented are the murderers of those millions of children who suffer injustices.

We are all responsible to the extent that we enjoy the assets of an unfair global society and all, in many ways, can contribute to a change in the paradigm of relationships in the world.

UNICEF's "My name is Kimbo" campaign calls for awareness and participation in solidarity actions that will save the lives of those young children sentenced to death.
