One more year the National Fair of Collectors of Playmobil, organized by Aesclick, an association of non-profit Playmobil click collectors, whose benefits go to the distribution of gifts in hospitals and charities during the Christmas campaign.
This year it is celebrated again in Barcelona, as it happened last year (in the previous eight editions the situation between Madrid and Barcelona has changed), and it will take place in the civic center of Cotxeres de Sants on 26 and 27 February, which are Saturday and Sunday.
During the weekend 20 dioramas of various themes can be seen, among which the one related to the movie "The Bridge over the River Kwai", which represents the film "Charly and the Chocolate Factory" and a miniature reproduction of the exhibition held in Barbastro last fall, where a Guinness Record was achieved with an exhibition of 68808 clicks of Playmobil.
In addition to the exhibition there will be other activities such as the traditional game of the "Hidden Doll", in which visitors must look for several dolls hidden among the dioramas (which normally have nothing to do with the theme), to write them down on a card with the who can get prizes or the "Diorama Express" contest, in addition to workshops for the little ones.
Finally there will be (logical) a sales area in which to find collector's pieces, difficult to find, combined with the latest news from Playmobil.
The price of Admission is 3 euros for adults and free for children up to 12 years. The benefits, as we have said, will go to the purchase of gifts for the most disadvantaged children at Christmas.
We are quite close (half an hour by car) and we will not be missing, because Jon is in full fever Playmobilera and because in addition to being curious to see for children, it is for parents, we see in the dioramas some models of our time that for obvious reasons of styling are no longer manufactured (I remember seeing the police car that I had of small and that is no longer sold).
