Get out lice! with Neositrín

You will remember that this week we were already beginning to talk about lice in Peques and More. Of course if you are like me, your scalp will bite you just from reading about these little bugs that camp at your leisure for some heads.

The best solution to the problem ?, I don't know the truth, although I am sure that one of the funniest is 'The eviction of the louse', the first single from the album 'Candela y los Supremos' that is about to go on the market. Candela is a small girl whom we have already seen in some image of this video when we introduce Minimúsica.

But it is also that Minimúsica and Neositrín develop another joint action through this story called 'Do not scratch Candela', in order to cover normally the fact that when a child is infested with lice and plays with others, others can end up harboring these insects, and 'scratching'. In other words, it is about putting more emphasis on solutions than on avoidance measures such as trying to keep children from being close together. Well, actually I wanted to talk more specifically about Neositrín, so here I go:

  • 100% Neositrine, is a lice spray that is presented as a novelty, and Get rid of lice and nits in 15 minutes with a single application, so do not repeat after a week as with products that do not end with nits. It does not contain neurotoxic insecticides, or solvents, and also, the skin does not absorb it, so children from 12 months could also use it. This formulated with dimethicone, blocks the lice excretion system, which causes its rapid disappearance.
This makes a big difference from other products on the market since many of them kill only lice and not nits.
  • Neositrín Shampoo: Silicone-based anti-lice products are difficult to remove from the head with a normal shampoo so Sanofi has just been released (it will be in pharmacies and parapharmacies from October) a shampoo that eliminates the remains of the lice with much more comfort and speed, thus saving considerable time.

I leave you with the family section of the Neositrín website, so you can find the way to apply the products, although I think it will be more fun and educational to visit the schools section, which brings us tips for detection, teaching materials, and much more.

Updates

This update is to record a modification in the description of Neositrín 100%, since it is a product that, unlike others used to control lice infestations, also ends the nits, so it is not necessary to repeat the application.
