Diverbo is a company specializing in natural language learning, which offers a full immersion program in English for children between the ages of 7 and 12. The event, called "Villa Inglesa Kids", will take place on November 23, 24 and 25.
Children can play and learn English without leaving Spain, while enjoying a natural environment, since the center chosen for the meeting is the Casón de la Pinilla, a cozy rural enclave located in Cerezo de Arriba (Segovia), at the foot of Somosierra and with one of the most picturesque landscapes of the Community of Castilla y León. Throughout a full weekend, children will learn English in a playful way, playing, singing, doing theater or crafts. In addition, they will live with other children and They will be accompanied by native English-speaking coordinators, who will ensure that coexistence and activities are carried out at all times with English as a communication vehicle.
Activities planned for the weekend include: Ice breakers - to get to know each other and pass in a fun way from Spanish to English practically without realizing it; Warm-ups, to start each morning activating the mind and body; Welcome to the Theater, an introduction to theater in English; or Story Telling, interactive storytelling narrated by the activity coordinators, for whom they choose from among the participants different volunteers who become the protagonists of the story.
The initiative is inspired by programs for adults called Pueblo Inglés, in which the company has a proven experience, which consist of living together for 8 days between 20 Spanish speakers and 20 English speakers of various nationalities with the goal of speaking English becomes a completely natural act for attendees
With these programs It is intended to strengthen the hearing ability of children as well as strengthen their security and confidence from an early age when expressing themselves in English.
