Genius Gluten Free has presented its lemon and blueberry muffins, with a delicious taste and fluffy texture

Genius Gluten Free is a brand that was born in Scotland by Lucinda Bruce - Gardyne, four years ago. Today it is also present in Ireland, the United States and Canada.

In Spain they have begun to make their way in the gluten-free products market through Carrefour, including pizzas, bread, Neapolitans or croissants, are included in the frozen section. Although today I want to talk about the muffins. At home we have tested them by courtesy of Genius who sent us some samples, some years ago I eliminated gluten from my diet because it did not sit too well, and this circumstance allowed me to improve my knowledge of nutrition, discover new ingredients and enrich my dishes, therefore I have won.

But let's go back to the muffins: if you are sweet and you can not taste gluten you will love it (In addition, the sugar point is ideal, they are not too sweet), and your children will be seduced by its spongy texture, although surely they will not be able to eat a whole one since they are large. A priori it does not seem like a product specially dedicated to children, but my children liked it because they are different, and I also believe that by buying them frozen they offer an advantage in conservation, because we can only take one out of the freezer and if it is not finished or He doesn't like it, you finish it, and keep the rest until next time.

Blueberry Genius Muffins

A few months after the launch of Naan Indian Bread, the perfect companion for curries, Genius now offers the typical sweet english and it does it in two different flavors: lemon muffins with poppy seeds and blueberry muffins. Following the most traditional recipes, the brand has thus developed a delicious product of the most surprising, without gluten, wheat or dairy.

To share or enjoy your taste alone, the muffins are available in packs of 2 units, and after defrosting, are ready to be tasted at breakfast, snack or as a dessert (if you are one of those who have much appetite).

You will be surprised by the taste of these new products, because special ingredients are recognized, but at the same time they are very soft on the palate. Muffins are sold in packs of two, and do not contain milk protein or lactose, so that anyone with APLV or lactose intolerance could consume them with complete peace of mind.

You will find them in Carrefour supermarkets and hypermarkets throughout the Spanish territory, and I am looking forward to trying another Genius product.
