If a few days ago we talked about a campaign in Brazil that encouraged kids to feel like Superheros with the serum of super powers now we present a new action to encourage children suffering from cancer. And the goal is that famous cartoon characters are bald and so children do not have or feel shame to discover their shaved head. The boy in the picture says he is no longer afraid to take off his cap and that is what can be seen in the exciting video below. The video is in Brazilian with English subtitles although it is perfectly understood, there is nothing more to see Finn from Adventure Time to understand it!
The message of the campaign is clear, Children with cancer deserve to be treated exactly like any other child and that is why the characters of the cartoons are used so that the children relativize their situation. It is a very well done action, perfectly edited and in which the collaboration of the producers of animated series has been fundamental so we can see characters like Garfield, Hello Kitty, Snoopy, the birds of River, Popeye or Finn completely bald.
The promotional action bears the seal of GRAACC, a support group for children and for adolescents with cancer in Brazil. GRAACC's mission is to work to have a Excellent hospital in which all children diagnosed with cancer are treated as they deserve.
