Breaded cheeses. Appetizer recipe for children's parties

When we have a "birthday" and think of the house full of children, (and their parents) the first thing that comes to mind is to think about the cake and all the birthday paraphernalia, but as you know, one of the things that We are more concerned with the issue of children's snack. In addition to the classic midnight nights and sandwiches, a good option may be to prepare these breaded portioned cheese, a snack that triumphs at children's parties.

If you accompany them with any sauce, - I love them with sweet sauces and jams, - in addition to enjoying the crispy batter and the creamy interior, they can dip each bite before taking it to the mouth, resulting in a delicious and fun way to snack.

Ingredients for 4 people

  • A packet of cheese in portions, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, jam or fried tomato.

How to make cheese in breaded portions

We start preparing a breading chain. We beat the egg, put the breadcrumbs on a plate and prepare another dish to leave the cheese in it once they are ready to fry.

We peel each of the cheeses and without more we go through egg and breadcrumbs, squeezing a little so that the bread is impregnated well and hold. If you want you can make the classic flour, egg and bread empanada in that order but I have dispensed with the flour.

For more safety, - since then we are going to fry the cheese and the cheese can come out, - it is convenient to double breaded, that is to say when you finish breading all the cheeses, the operation is repeated, returning to pass them by egg and bread.

When they are all battered, we put them on a plate and cover it with cooking film and freeze them for at least an hour. I usually have two boxes made (16 cheeses) and I have them frozen in a tupper. When I want to take them out as an appetizer, it is enough to fry them even frozen and in three minutes they are ready to enjoy.
